These intensive summer groups will provide age-appropriate opportunities for children and adolescents to learn and practice strategies for strengthening their social and executive functioning skills. Giving children the opportunity to strengthen their executive function skills from a young age can lead to improvement in social communication, problem solving, as well as behavior and emotional regulation. Social competence and building social relationships with others requires strong foundational skills in areas such as memory, self-control, organization, planning, and more. Rooted in a combination of evidence-based practices, your child will explore the fundamentals to building these executive function skills while working on cultivating interpersonal connections with peers through play, project-based learning, and problem solving.
