Join us for Starlight Yoga sessions at Barlow & Adams Behavioral Health.
Learn to incorporate restorative yoga practices into your child’s bedtime routine. Restorative yoga is a great way to promote relaxation at bedtime. Incorporating relaxing stories, deep breathing and mindful movement can give kids the opportunity to calm their mind and body.
Please bring a mat and water bottle and you will be required sign a waiver prior to joining the session.
