With over a decade of experience in urban and suburban public school settings, Colleen is committed to fostering student success through data-driven interventions and collaborative problem-solving.
Over the course of her career, Colleen has conducted comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations, facilitated the development of Evaluation Team Reports (ETRs), and collaborated closely with educators, administrators, and families to design and monitor targeted academic and behavioral interventions. She also provided direct student support through individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health services, with an emphasis on equity, evidence-based practices, and legal compliance under IDEA and Section 504.
