She has more than 30 years of experience in various behavioral health settings specializing in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, PTSD, self-injury, coupled with specific training in the following evidence-based modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
