We are also proud to offer an online client portal for new and existing patients where you can schedule, manage, and cancel your own appointments.

To get started, open the portal, select your preferred clinician, and view available dates with appointment times.

We strive to provide excellent care to you, your family, and all of our patients. In order to do so effectively and efficiently, we have developed an appointment system that sets asides ample time for a patient. "No-shows" and late cancellations inconvenience those individuals who need access to care in a timely manner.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Our phone number is (440) 409-0307.  Appointments can also be cancelled through the client portal.

• If you miss an appointment and do not contact us with at least a 24 hours prior notice, we will consider this a missed appointment and your session fee will be assessed to you.

• Our office makes reminder calls for appointments as a courtesy. If you are registered for the client portal, you will receive email reminders as well. It is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to remember their scheduled appointments and you should not rely on reminder calls or emails.
